No. Everything on this site is a merchandise purchase. Purchases are not charitable donations, are not tax-deductible, and are not investments or ownership interests in Two Fools or any property.

What am I actually buying?

Real products — T-shirts, hoodies, hats, drinkware, stickers, and premium merchandise collections. Premium collections also include recognition and future Founders VIP perks that activate at opening under final posted terms.

Where does my money go?

Your purchase supports the growing Two Fools brand: merchandise production, marketing, community events, business development, and the search for our first location. If the Nashville Nights acquisition happens, it also helps fund the buildout.

When will my order ship?

Most apparel and merchandise ship in production runs. Estimated timelines and any pre-order windows will be shown at checkout once payments are live. You'll receive tracking as items ship.

What if the Nashville Nights deal does not happen?

Your merchandise purchase is still a valid product purchase. Two Fools was never meant to live or die with one building — we will keep building the brand and searching for the right location. Purchases will not be automatically refunded because the property changes.

When do premium collection benefits start?

Founders VIP benefits, wall recognition, and preview event access activate at the opening of our first Two Fools location, under the final terms posted before opening. The Lifetime VIP member discount is 15% off eligible orders, up to $10 per visit, with standard exclusions. Priority reserved seating is limited to three shows/events per year per VIP membership.

Are premium collections transferable?

Merchandise and apparel are yours to keep or give away. Personal Founders VIP benefits, wall recognition, and named memberships are tied to the original purchaser and not transferable.
